Hot Bread Kitchen

Expansion of baking and educational facilities for Hot Bread Kitchen, an organization that offers culinary workforce programs to immigrant and low-income women and men. Located in the historic La Marqueta retail market in East Harlem, we helped create the HBK Incubates kitchen with flexible stations and equipment, and classroom and administrative areas, allowing entrepreneurs to mitigate start-up risk as they grow their food ventures.
