NAO Spa + Salon

Flagship spa and salon on Madison Avenue in Midtown East for Samson International, one of Japan’s most successful mass-market salon chains.  As their first venture in the US, this facility was a new concept for the company, aimed at a more exclusive clientele.  We worked closely with the owner and consultants to create a signature experience, designing over three floors of services, from hair styling to massage (PCE), softpack wraps, vibration plates and a custom sauna made of Mt.
